access by paying a small fee per month or paying in full for 1 or 2 years.

Strike Display
Great site, the free version of Strike Display only updates every 5 minutes
but if you pay per month for a subscription, the lightning data will then
update every minute, by paying you also get directions to where the storm
is located and you get a rainfall radar built into the lightning detector, you
will also get your first 24hrs free of cost.
Nowcast is connected with Strike Display, so its the same.

The IPCC is currently starting to outline its Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) which will be finalized in 2014. The Community Climate Change Consortium for Ireland (C4I) Project was established in 2003.
